Advanced Catching Training
Catching Training will consist of drills, exercises & movements to increase foot speed, throwing accuracy, blocking, receiving & more. We will be utilizing strength movements & speed drills to improve performance behind the plate.
Lessons are available 7 Days a week!
Lessons are will take Place in either Lake Mary or Sanford, FL
Each Lesson will be 30 min in duration
