Hi, I’m Austin Blake, the Founder and CEO of Batter On Deck. I started Batter On Deck with one mission — to protect and inspire youth athletes across the country who love the game of baseball and softball.
As a former Division 1 baseball catcher, I know firsthand how important proper protection is when you step onto the field. That experience drove me to create a brand built around safety, performance, and confidence — all with a unique comic-themed twist that brings fun and personality to the game.
